Center and alignment

All of the different classes I teach have something in common….centering and alignment.
Everything starts inside your core and you can’t move one muscle without touching it in some way.
When I was younger it was more important for me to lift heavy weights, be strong (one of the strongest) and have the muscles showing in the right places.
I became older and wiser….and stronger. I am stronger now than I have ever been, not lifting more weights but having a different control and knowledge of my body.
It’s about centering and alignment…and I’m proud to say that I have it….and work in it on a daily base..
